Easter Thought And Idea's

Coming to you live from the confinements of my office. I have once again become the kind host of my body having a tantrum. All part of my fabulous illness that has been taking me on for about 14 months. I will be ok and with some good rest everything should settle down, I hope. #prayingfornohospital visit.

It has been a bit of blessing in some form because it has given me time to think about the next holiday that is fast approaching, EASTER. Yes, I cannot believe it either. I mean I have been snacking on hot cross buns since the end of January but the last week, let me tell you those tiny balls of goodness have made their debut into this household and I am well and truly being held victim to them. Cadbury knows how to make easter chocolate taste so much better, lol. I have been pondering on ideas of what I will get my small human. At about 3am Thursday morning I throught, what about designing a shirt...?

Now you are probably thinking a shirt, ok, how original, but it came to me that I could design a shirt that the small humans could colour in. How fun would that be? I went off to sleep and when I woke up Friday morning, I started to put a few ideas together. Before I knew it, I had 3 designs and realised that I could use washable markers and have these as reusable colour me in shirts. Say you want a blue ester egg on Monday but come Friday you would like an orange one, bam, just wash, dry and you can change those colours up in a flash. So, I shared this idea on my socials and had some incredibly positive feedback, so I have gone ahead and decided to make these available for purchase. I’ll include my designs below if you are interested in these. Feel free to head over to my Facebook page and we can chat. This is the first time I’ve made any of my projects available for purchase and it’s really exciting. The response has been so welcoming. Well enough about this, let us move on.

So, I want to talk about what I give my small human for easter. Look, I am not completely sold on feeding my small human copious amounts of chocolate and watching them go wall climbing. I like my walls to stay intact, lol. This does not in anyway mean there in no chocolate. The big fluff ball makes it to my house and it normally looks like

A 10 pack Easter Egg hunt

  1. A set of winter pjs

  2. Books. This year it’s Where’s Wally

  3. A couple of easter eggs, normally a kinder one and a character one

  4. A small activity. This varies, last year was a Smash slime egg.

I try to keep it simple and simple works. I tell you what, December to April around here feels like Christmas every week, it is somewhat nuts but thing slow right down after easter. Hello slow lane, lol. This is a lane I like to cruise down.

Well, if you have any questions just jump on over to my Facebook dm’s. I am happy to answer them. Below you will see the 3 designs of shirts.

Stay safe
